Do you have an unplanted area that’s asking for a quick pick-me-up, a path that needs a colorful edge, or a patio in search of some botanical decor?
You’re in the right place!
Annuals - plants that last for one growing season - are the simplest, fastest way to create visual interest in your garden. They come in every color under the sun, and are easy to plant and care for. They grow quickly, filling in space with lush plant life that pulls your yard together into a cohesive whole. Annuals are traditionally planted in the spring, but with planning and extra water you can add them throughout the summer - whenever your landscape needs a little something extra.
One major consideration for annuals is the amount of sun they’ll have. All of our annuals are labeled full sun (6+ hours per day), part sun (4-6 hours per day), or shade (fewer than 4 hours per day). We recommend knowing about how many hours of sun your planned planting spot is before you come in, and then picking the annuals that will fit that space.
Not sure what you’re looking for? Ask about our annual recipes: groupings of plants that look fabulous together in a container, and that come in a wide range of sun tolerances and colors. We’re happy to help you find just what you need to add that seasonal appeal your yard deserves.
