Creating a Pollinator Paradise Workshop -June 24th

Saturday, June 24th

2:00-4:00pm

Gardens are more than pretty landscapes for just us humans, bring yours to life and delight the butterflies, bees, and children that use them! In this workshop, we will help design the perfect pollinator paradise. Great information will be provided for beginner gardeners and unique specimens finds for the more advanced.

Special focus will be given to creating a pollinator waystation:
  • What requirements are needed to be certified at a waystation
  • How to incorporate water into your garden design
  • Why to plant in mass (large groupings)
  • What plants provide food, host plants (for baby-making), and shelter

This event is a small piece of the amazing lineup our passionate citizen scientists are putting together for Northern Utah Pollinator Week. See all the details here.
